With as they are at a Premium price it is too expensive for a Small Business like us to keep stock on hand. Once you order with us, we will place an order with the supplier, and therefore may take longer to arrive to you. This allows us to provide you with a broader selection without compromising on affordability. **11. Why did i automatically receive a refund**

On the odd occasion an item can be oversold, especially if it is considered a “hot item” and as a result, we need to allocate stock. Placing an order does not always guarantee receipt of products ordered, therefor if we are unable to provide the stock you will automatically be refunded.

Another reason could be, you may have elected to pay for a preorder or back order item with zippay, unfortunately this is against zippay policy to retailers.
